Are you seeking spiritual healing, deeper meaning, more creativity, and clarity in your day-to-day? I help seekers find accessible pathways for personal growth by tapping into your Deeper Self.
In the Deeper Self mentorship, you will hopefully find a soft place to transform. The process of transforming and growing our intuition is meant to be yes, healing and sometimes intense, but also sweet, fun, and connective. Like bees to a flower, or honey dripping sweet, our healing, transformation, and self-love is natural, and our birthright.
Through intuitive readings, creative mentorship, breathwork, reflection/discussion and energy healing, I guide you to reconnect with your authentic self and align with a more fulfilling spiritual practice. Clients report feelings of connection, alignment, nourishment, renewed confidence, clarity, and a stronger connection to their intuition.
I honor diverse cultural traditions and the experience of marginalized people, while providing tools to reclaim your healing power, whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, any other blocks, or simply want support as you explore your intuitive power and birthright.

The right mentorship for those who are dedicated to building a guided intuitive practice, deepening their connection to self and spirit, lends towards longer-lasting change. This longer-term engagement is perfect for people who really want to take control of their spiritual, emotional, and in some ways physical health, with tools not often offered in traditional healing spaces.
• 1.5 hour intuitive session, Mentorship Kick-off (intuitively led, also discussed with client + scheduling mentorship calendar)
• 3 energy healing session or guided breathwork sessions TBD ~ In a 60 min session, we'll have a check-in, energy healing or breathwork, debrief
• 1-1 mentorship (7 sessions, 1 hour each)
• Closing Ritual/Ceremony (1.5 hours)
• Intuitive exercises and activities given as capacity allows
• Personalized Meditation
• Personalized Intuition Guide
Summary of what you get:
Personalized intention/attention, intuitive guidance over a longer period of time vs 1-time session, catered answers to intuitive questions, development of gifts, intuition, suggested rituals and methodology, support on your journey. Also over 6 months we have much more time to deepen your connection to your own subconscious wisdom and intuition, and will have 12 in-depth one-to- one energy exchange sessions (or time equivalent to ~13 hours one-to-one mentorship, email communication over the course of the mentorship as needed. 1 Personalized Meditation catered to where you are in your intuitive/life journey to use anytime moving forward, 1 Personalized Intuitive Guide to help you remember what you learned after the mentorship container officially ends.
